Shared Services
- Eastern Caribbean Currency Authority (ECCA) – Managed the Eastern Caribbean dollar and maintained monetary stability (later replaced by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank).
- Eastern Caribbean Common Market (ECCM) – Facilitated free trade and economic integration among member states.
- West Indies Associated States Supreme Court – Provided a shared judicial system, now called the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.
- Eastern Caribbean Tourism Association (ECTA) – Promoted the region collectively as a tourist destination.
Aims of the OECS
- Strengthen cooperation among member states at regional and international levels.
- Promote unity and solidarity while defending the sovereignty and independence of members.
- Advance economic integration through the Eastern Caribbean Common Market.
- Coordinate joint overseas representation to achieve shared foreign policy objectives.
