Laws of Indices
- Multiplication Law: add the powers if the bases are the same, (a^m x a^n = a^m+n)
- Division Law: subtract the powers if the bases are the same, (a^m ∕ a^n = a^m-n)
- Raising to a Power Law: multiply the powers, (a^m)^n = a^mxn
- Power of 0, (a⁰ = 1)
- Negative Powers, (a^-m = 1/a^m)
